SHIPPING + HANDLING

GENERAL SHIPPING
We typically ship within 7-14 business days.
Order is placed and ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. We offer several shipping options at reasonable prices.

Our shipments are made through Canada Post with a tracking number for your order.
Additional fees / taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs department.

For our products, all sales are final. However, we are in the business of making people happy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact us and we will accomodate.

DAMAGED + LOST ORDERS

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. On the rare occasion the mail couriers do damage to your order please send us a clear picture of the damage within 5 days of receiving the order and we will figure out the next course of action and work swiftly to resolve it
